The business had a gap where specific tactical requests and offers for the general public and potential clients couldn't fit in the existing structure of the public website. The mandate was to create a new section on the website, define it's purpose, how it evolves in time and how it is relevant to the user.

A lot of politics went into this project. We had to define who would have the final ownership of the section and collaborate with them for the execution of the project
The label of the new section was highly observed, and the levels of approbation for the final results would have to reach the CMO level.
The section would be used to host content that was tactically released on the website, but was not placed properly and doesn't get the end result expected previously.
The section would host content that is a mix of multiple offers of the businesses' project, in a single point of entry.
Ex: If the business offers a product A and a product B, then an initiative that offers product A + B together would be hosted in this new section.
1. Research & Discovery
After discussing with stakeholders and colleagues, a mockup of an experience was created, and a wireframe of the page was made. Access points, content in the page and content intentions were showcased.
2. Ideation & Prototyping
A quick mockup was created in order to visualise the concept and to prepare quick sessions of usability testing to validate the concept
3. Testing & Validation
A couple of test sessions were created
For the selection of the name of the section
For the position of the section in the website current information architecture and navigation
4. Visuals and IT Delivery
The mockups were then created with the current Design System and current website UI standards and delivered to the Dev team. It was integrated via the CMS of the current website.
The project lasted way longer then it should've for a fairly simple add-on within the website.
A lot of name switching and internal gates of validation had to be done.
The section is currently in approbation to be put online within the next couple of weeks
