I was the Lead UX Designer to maintain the UX for the personal banking website of National Bank of Canada.
For 6 years, I was in charge of major initiatives, from the rebranding of the complete plateform, to creating an onboarding experience for the clients from the old plateform to the new one, to migrating existing functionalities to the new platform and to finally being the specialist for money transfers and profile management.
